About Ladan
Ladan is an Iranian artist specializing in abstract art and textures. With over 20 years of experience in graphic design and various painting styles, she has honed her skills and passion for creating unique artistic expressions.
In addition to her background in graphic design, Ladan brings over 10 years of experience as an interior designer in Iran. After relocating to New Zealand, she ventured into different materials to discover the right textures for her art. This exploration led her to establish her solo business, Little Touch Patina, in 2021.
Ladan’s artistic journey took an exciting turn when she began learning about resin art. It was during this process that she met Roya, an incredible resin artist and passionate teacher. Together, they exchanged ideas and collaborated on a variety of projects, including their participation in the Auckland Home Show in 2024.
As they expanded their artistic endeavors into diverse materials and styles, they decided to re-brand and launch theie new venture, ArtFull Studio. At ArtFull, Ladan & Roya believe that everyone has a unique story to tell, and their mission is to translate those stories into art through textures and resin. They’re dedicated to creating one-of-a-kind, customized pieces that reflect your individual narrative.
Recently, Ladan has developed a passion for modern plaster art, where she loses herself in the interplay of plaster and colour to create beautiful wall finishes. Her work is deeply personal and introspective, capturing her inner thoughts and emotions with raw honesty.
